7 Valentine's Day Math Activities

Valentine’s Day is such a fun holiday to celebrate in the classroom! One of my favorite moments is watching my students hand out their valentines to their classmates.

I also like to incorporate Valentine’s Day into our daily math routine. I do this by filling our stations with Valentine’s Day math activities. The stations are colorful, fun, engaging, and full of math review!

I want to share seven Valentine’s Day Math Activities that you can use in the classroom, virtually, or both. All seven math activities come in print and digital format to accommodate learners everywhere. The printable stations are ready to print and come with a student response sheet. The digital stations are accessed through Google Slides and can easily be assigned to your students.

Students will enjoy practicing time with this Hot Air Balloon Telling Time matching game. Students look at each analog clock on the hot air balloons. They will match the digital time to the correct hot air balloon. If they are completing the printable station, they will write their answer on the response sheet. If they are working on the digital station, they will drag the heart to the hot air balloon.
